Home Africa Ltd has broken ground for the construction of its own housing developmet in Migaa housing scheme, Kiambu. The developer said the show-house for Mitini Scapes, the first phase of the development, will be ready by mid-February 2012.Construction of a golf course in the development has already been completed and a gate house, arterial roads, tree nursery, landscaping and service infrastructure are now being put in place. Migaa is set on a former coffee estate, with the developer saying 100 acres of existing coffee plantation will be remain untouched in order to retain its character.
