Jayne Nyokabi, CPA,CPM

Jayne is in charge of providing strategic advice and guidance to the Board
chairman and members of the board and overseeing the implementation the
turnaround strategy to transform the group into an efficient, profitable and
drive the organization to succeed by creating value for the Investors.
Through her leadership, in the past year the company performance has
improved tremendously compared to the previous year. Also, working
together with the board, she has participated in negotiations and signing off
of key partnership agreements as part of the turnaround strategy
implementation, organization restructuring which has seen the business
operation cost drastically come down and has the mandate to ensure the
company is a going concern.
She is keen to seeing the company achieve its mission of addressing the
housing need in Africa and the vision of being the leader in providing
dignified planned communities across Africa
Her responsibility involves financial advisory and management, increasing
the financial stability, establishing finance operational strategies by
evaluating trends; determining profitability, accumulating resources; and
implementing change as well as ensuring efficient resource utilization for
Home Afrika Limited.

FA Luke Kinoti is a seasoned investment banker, entrepreneur, mentor, and distinguished author with over 35 years of experience in building and managing businesses. He has played a pivotal role in strategic capital-raising advisory transactions, providing expert support on both the buy and sell sides.

As the Founder and CEO of Vedman Capital Limited, a CMA-licensed wealth management and investment advisory firm, Luke continues to shape the investment landscape. In 2006, he founded Fusion Capital, a leading private equity and real estate firm with a strong presence across East Africa. Under his leadership, Fusion Capital launched Kenya’s first DREIT and spearheaded major projects, including Kigali Heights in Rwanda, Flamingo Towers in Nairobi, Greenwood City Mall in Meru, and Goldmark Apartments in Kampala, among many others.

Previously, Luke served as Managing Director & CEO of Suntra Investment Ltd, one of Kenya’s leading stock brokerage firms. He was also the Founding Managing Director of ECLOF Kenya, a leading microfinance institution headquartered in Geneva.

Beyond his executive roles, Luke is an active member of several professional bodies and serves on the boards of multiple corporations, contributing his wealth of expertise to the financial and business sectors.

A marketer by training Mr. Gecaga has over 20 years of experience in the Marketing and Branding profession. Having worked with British American Tobacco, the region’s largest supplier of tobacco related products, in senior marketing positions in Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe and the Indian Ocean Islands, Mbugua is well versed in strategic marketing, and he brings on-board important skillsets for the execution of the Company’s marketing and sales strategies.

Mbugua is currently serving in the Finance, Procurement, Admin & Strategy Committee for Home Afrika Ltd where among others he oversees the Group’s financial performance and strategy. Aside from his role in the committee, drawing from his years of experience in marketing, he ensures that Home Afrika Ltd is aligned strategically in relation to brand presence and market.

Ms. Bertha Navuri Mvati is a Finance specialist with close to 10 years’ experience in leasing industry across Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda.

She brings a wealth of experience in fundraising, credit risk, operations, and asset management having worked in various institutions such as Vehicle and Equipment
Leasing Limited and Centum Investments for Zohari Leasing.

Mr. Antony Mbandi is the immediate former Development Director of Strathmore University Foundation. Antony has a Bsc Information Systems and Technology from USIU-Africa and a Masters of Arts Degree in Project Planning Management from University of Nairobi. He also has certification in quality standards and fundraising management from Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, Leadership training from Strathmore University Business School and Auditor/Lead Auditor ISO ISO 9001:2000 from Kenya Bureau of Standards, among others.

Merab O. Dinah

Ms. Merab Ochieng is a multi-talented Executive, adept in diverse capacities aimed at achieving business goals. She is proficient in a wide area including legal and policy compliance, partnership development, revenue generation and strategic planning.

  • She has a wealth of experience, scoping 12 years of experience working in various Civil Society Organizations, Academic institutions, County Government and currently in Corporates, six years of which have seen her actively engaged in Project Management.   • Her areas of expertise include Gender, Youth Empowerment, Policy Development, Advocacy, Research Studies, Governance, Peace Building and Transitional Justice. She has been involved in a myriad of consultancies including development of training manuals for capacity development, Policy development and Organizational development, Capacity building for youth programmes. Ms. Merab is well versed with the African continent as she is widely travelled in the continent in her Project Management, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation as well as capacity development services.

Ben Munyasya

Mr. Munyasya is a Certified Public Secretary, a lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in Legal Practice as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and with myriad of experience dealing in private and public Company Secretarial Service.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law (KSL) and he is also a Commissioner of Oaths and Notary Public.
